​Booking conditions: The customer authorizes the hotel to deduct, as a deposit, the amount of 30% of the stay with at least the price of the first night. Arrival at the hotel must be before 6.30pm, failing which the hotel, if it has not been able to set up a specific procedure for late arrival, may consider the reservation as cancelled for No-show and the cancellation conditions may be applied. The hotel will be entitled to re-let the room. Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.

​Animals: If you intend to be accompanied by one or more animals during your stay at the hotel, it is imperative that you contact the hotel reception beforehand, who will inform you of the conditions of acceptance. In the absence of acceptance received and confirmed by the hotel, the reservation may be considered cancelled and the cancellation conditions will apply. In all cases, only one pet is allowed in a room, and its weight must not exceed 20kg.

Cards accepted : The establishment accepts the following cards and reserves the right to make a pre-authorization on your card before your arrival. American Express, MasterCard, VISA, CB.​

 

Cancellation policy: Arrival at the hotel must be before 6.30pm. Otherwise, if the hotel has not been able to set up a specific procedure for late arrivals, the reservation may be considered cancelled for no-show and the cancellation conditions may be applied. The hotel will have the right to re-let the room. It is understood that all cancellations must be made in writing (letter, fax or e-mail) and that you must receive an acknowledgement of receipt of the cancellation. For cancellations made via the Internet, it is advisable to cancel via the Internet procedure indicated on the booking confirmation you have received. Any cancellation made less than 8 days before the effective date will give rise to the invoicing and payment of an indemnity of 30% of the amount corresponding to the totality of the cancelled stay, with a minimum of the price of one night's stay. In all other cases, a cancellation fee of €30 (thirty euros) will be charged.
